Yes. If you are unsure, send the photo first. Feifei can check the eyes, face shape, markings, and overall clarity before you continue to Shopify checkout.

The current order options are custom glass painting and custom oil painting. Older formats are not active order paths right now.
ProductHow do I choose between glass painting and oil painting?
Choose glass painting if you want a framed, clear, dimensional keepsake. Choose oil painting if you prefer a classic painted portrait look. If you are unsure, send the photo and ask Feifei which format fits it better.
ShippingHow long does a custom glass painting usually take?
Most custom glass paintings arrive in about 14 days, including painting time and shipping. If you need it by a specific date, message Feifei before ordering.
Payment securityWhere is payment handled?
Payment is handled through secure Shopify checkout. You can upload the photo and leave notes on the order page, or send the photo through chat first.
OrderingWhat should I include in the notes?
Include your pet's name, expression, markings, background preference, and any detail Feifei should notice before painting.
