Clear face and visible eyes

Choose a photo where the pet's face, eyes, expression, and markings are easy to see.

Bright, natural light

Natural light or a bright room works better than heavy shadow, blur, or a photo taken from far away.

Not ideal

Too blurry, dark, or distant

If the face is small, dark, or blurry, send another option. Feifei can help choose.

Older or memorial photos

Older photos may still work. Send them first so Feifei can check the detail before you pay.
